Your data

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A technical session cookie is used only to secure forms, and a cookie remembers the chosen language.

Newsletter

  • Data kept: your email address, the chosen language, and the dates of subscription, confirmation and, if applicable, unsubscription.
  • Purpose: send you an email for each new OpenDeskOS release, nothing else.
  • Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by email (double opt-in).
  • Sharing: none. Emails are sent from our own hosting (o2switch, France).
  • Withdrawal: every email contains an immediate unsubscribe link.

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or erasure of your data through the help page. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium).

Logging

To limit abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address is kept for 24 hours at most.
